I have never fished at the Country Fair, but I know that Patterson Park has great fishing for Bass, but they are very pressured because it is in the heart of Baltimore. They have a fishing rodeo like this also in the Fall, and I have attended both and they are very well organized. Plus, they hand out trophies and other prizes for awards such as Biggest Fish, etc.
