The Deer Hair Series: More of My Work

A little deer hair work... I must say I can't do more than a popper or two a night just because of the time it takes to stack and trim one of these guys. 

Materials:
  • Gamakatsu B10 #1/0
  • UTC GSP 100 + 200 Denier, 200 for larger hair work
  • Hairline's Deer Belly Hair
  • Hairline's Large Northern Bucktail
  • Hairline's 5"-7" Strung Chinese Schlappen
  • Flashabou (Optional)
  • Sili Legs (Optional)







Muddler Variation (Barred Rabbit Strip, Mallard Flank, Flashabou, Muddler Deer Hair)

    You use these poppers primarily for bass, right?

    They seem to big to use for trout, although I guess you could use them for pike and muskie?
