If the gage height (feet) is 4.0 or lower, it is safe to wade at Dam #5, it is possible around 4.5 or 5.0, but any higher and it's dangerous.
If the gage height is around 4.5 or 5.0 it is wadable at the coal plant dam in Williamsport. If it's any higher, it will be tough, but possible.
